When a patient enters a hospital, emergency clinic or other similar facility with a number of large, bulky items (or maybe “all” of their belongings), the small and large SECUR-ID™ patient property bags may not be big enough – the solution is the SECUR-ID™ “AYS” Patient Property Kit, a simple way to secure “all your stuff” in a secure, tamper-evident bag.

The SECUR-ID™ “AYS” Patient Property Kit is the answer for both the patient and the hospital. For the patient, knowing that their personal belongings are safe & secure will be a calming effect for them. For the hospital, the tamper-evident sealing system will reduce staff time & insurance costs by minimizing lost property, due to administrative mistakes or false claims.

The SECUR-ID™ “AYS” Patient Property Kit includes the following:

AYS Bag – 30” x 66” with 3 possible size settings (15/20/25 cubic feet) for all of the individual’s belongings

AYS Red Plastic Pull-Tie – pre-printed, unique, ID number; secures AYS bag at the proper size

AYS SECUR-ID™ Patient Property Bag – same pre-printed, unique, ID number; wrist receipt stays with individual; rest of bag stored remotely to safely connect individual to their property

AYS 4-part Form – same pre-printed, unique, ID number; used to provide details of individual & belongings; copies of form go: (1) on outside of AYS bag; (2) inside AYS bag; (3) inside AYS SECUR-ID patient property bag.
